About UICA

Our mission

Ukraine International Coordination Alliance (UICA) works across three areas: investigating the transfer and unlawful adoption of Ukrainian children by the aggressor state, pursuing judicial accountability for the aggressor state, and supporting Ukraine's veterans through art therapy.

Legal status

UICA is registered in France as an association under the 1901 law, RNA number W751285648, registered office at 54 rue Saint Georges, 75009 Paris. Our registration was published in the Journal Officiel on 18 August 2026, announcement no. 1622. Full legal details, our statutes, and governance information are on the Transparency page.

How we work

Everything we publish is tied to verifiable, named sources. This website is a public information resource: it does not collect testimony, documents, or personal data, does not process payments, and has no user accounts. Our investigative work runs through separate, secure infrastructure, entirely apart from this website.
