Accountability
Pursuing judicial accountability for the aggressor state and supporting international proceedings.
Introduction
UICA supports the judicial and diplomatic effort to hold the aggressor state accountable for the war, including through international proceedings.
What we do
We document the legal record — filings, rulings, and official statements — and support organisations and individuals contributing to international accountability proceedings.
Methodology
As with our other work, claims are tied to named, checkable sources: court filings, official statements, and reporting from established outlets and institutions.
Goals
A documented, citable legal record; support for practitioners working on accountability proceedings; and public information on the state of these proceedings over time.
