Accountability programme: first overview

As a newly registered organisation, this is our first public overview of the Accountability programme rather than a quarterly comparison. It records where we're starting from.

We are setting up the process to track publicly available filings, rulings, and official statements relevant to accountability for the aggressor state, and to summarise them here on a regular basis going forward.
